In general the service was good. The hotel room was functional and spotless with couch and fridge, as for instance. The breakfast was enjoyable with yogurt and scrambled eggs, as for instance, had everything you could want. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, they made the stay relaxing😃😀

The staff we met were quite rude.

Making plans with front desk of extending - then to find out right before check out they cannot extend because of being full only to call later on to find out they still had availbility - obviously was not liked by the General manager who was extremely rude - I have never been treated as such as I was on 7/16/15

Dirty room, and no breakfast Noisy neighbors door slamming constantly. Coffee maker not working

It's a very good location. Next to a good mall and many restaurants within walking distance.

Arrived after check-in time (3pm) with a reservation for 3 king size rooms. Went to check in and was told that they only have 2 King size rooms for my length of stay and that neither of those rooms were cleaned. Two hours later we finally got a phone call that our rooms were ready. When check out came the two King size rooms were correctly priced but the double standard room I got for a replacement room was being charged at a rate that was around $175 more that what I booked the King size at. After being very blunt with the front desk they did reduce to what I had booked at plus an extra $100 off but we definitely won't be returning to this hotel next year the hassle wasn't worth it.

The bed was nice. The pool was great.

We want more privatize for us but anyone could see us while we in our room and doing adult things. The bathroom were small and cramp.

Stayed here before and really didn't care for the property. I think there must be new owners because what a difference!! Good overall hotel, Jessie at the front desk went out of his way to be helpful. I will stay here again when I'm back in this city.

Early check in was possible.

Room smelt like animals and we were not informed prior that there was a dog show that was at resort till arriving. Ceiling tiles were falling in bathroom. Thermostat was very old and hard to keep room comfortable. Shower head was unable to be positioned and the water turned completely to hot was just barely luke warm.

The bed was notably comfortable, offering decent rest . The breakfast had limited options, and poor Wi-Fi access further complicated my stay. It felt more like a budget option than expected.

We received no housekeeping service during our stay and when it was called to the attention of the front desk staff a very lax apology was given and nothing more, with that experience in mind I can't say I'd return.

first floor room. Very nicely appointed room. Microwave & fridge and coffee maker. ( I am a tea drinker) Close to several restaurants and I recommend SMASHBURGERS. there is also a Golden Corral, Applebee's, other chains and a mall across the road.

No charging station for electronics. Poorly placed electronic sockets. Door cards didn't work initially. I was placed poolside with lots of squealing children. I was told Booked.net placed that request. Won't do that again. I did not use the 20% off coupon for a meal since I didn't care to remain on site.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location

The front desk staff were warm and cute, and our room wasvery comfy and tidy. The highlight was the delicious on-site breakfast, especially the fresh fruit selection. Pro tip, arrive early for the best options!

Great front desk staff when we checked in Jesse was so friendly and very helpful. He made the start of our stay awesome.
